5th Anniversary
Plans are full steam ahead to make Rev-up4DSI “5″ the biggest and best to date.
Looking back to 2005 when the first seeds of Rev-up4DSI were sown there was no way we could have envisaged how big and successful the event would become, that is all down to you guys and girls who have participated or who have sponsored a rider on the event, your endeavours on behalf of DSI and its members is truly inspiring!
Collectively, the event has covered in excess of 540,000 kilometres (thats 12 times around the Earth!!) , raising in excess of €820,000 in much needed funds for DSI.
With the 2010 event being the fifth Anniversary we have contacted all past participants to allow them take part in what promises to be a very special weekend of biking, all whilst supporting such a worthy cause.
Sponsor cards and posters are available now to enable you to raise funds prior to the deadline for deposits and can be requested by emailing aidan@downsyndrome.ie or by calling 01 4266525.
We look forward to meeting you all, old friends and new on the May Bank Holiday weekend (1st/2nd/3rd) 2010.
